Jason hails from a lineage of musicians. During his teenage years, he started playing in clubs with both of his father and stepfather. His father, Danny, was a professional musician with his band, Dirty Dan & the Diamondbacks. When they were short a drummer, Jason would fill in.

Jason has played in a variety of bands including Huge, Paddleboat Mobsters, Hostage, Lip Service, Necrophacus, and Shredbettie. He has toured both the United States and Europe with several acts. Jason is now recording music for national commercials for the military.
